Marjan is an accomplished private banker (ex-Credit Suisse) with an international career spanning 15 years in global financial hubs like Singapore, London, UAE, and Switzerland. Throughout the years, she sharpened her skills as a relationship manager catering to ultra-high-net-worth clients while witnessing untapped potential among talented RMs navigating through unique challenges and hurdles in the industry.
Motivated by her keen observations, she co-founded Qyro, to equip wealth managers with advanced sales strategies and tools. Her goal is to empower them to exceed sales targets and thrive in their roles, ensuring their full potential is realized. With her wealth of experience and expertise, Marjan is dedicated to helping bankers reach new heights with their success.

As a seasoned advisor and executive coach with over 20 years of international experience in consulting and advisory, Johannes has in-depth knowledge of performance techniques and transformational growth processes for senior professionals and their teams. He is a certified coach and a licensed trainer. In addition to his Ph.D. in organizational performance, he holds an Executive MBA from St. Gallen University in Switzerland and a host of certifications from the University of Cambridge.
